Vidya Balan is captivating audiences with her dazzling dance moves in the highly anticipated track “Ami Je Tomar 3.0” from the film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. This sequence features an electrifying face-off with none other than Bollywood’s dancing queen, Madhuri Dixit, creating a visual spectacle for dance enthusiasts and fans alike.

Reflecting on this significant moment, Balan expressed her excitement when she was approached to reprise the song, stating, “When I was offered a film, I knew that we would do Ami Je Tomar again. Anees bhai and Bhushan were thinking about how to make it bigger. And then, of course, when Madhuri Ji said yes for the film, it came to his mind why don’t we do a face-off?” Initially hesitant, Balan embraced the challenge, stating, “I was like, what are you talking about? How will I do a face-off with her? But then I decided that I will do it. So I worked a little hard and I had a lot of fun.”

The dance-off is not only a highlight of the film but a testament to Balan’s dedication. She acknowledged the pressure of performing alongside a legendary dancer like Madhuri Dixit, noting, “She was very sweet about it. She knew that anyone would get nervous in front of her. I think I didn’t show her much that I’m nervous. But I worked hard, and I think the song is very well-picturised.”

Kartik Aaryan, who stars alongside Balan and Dixit, praised the collaboration, stating, “I’m a fan. If she hadn’t done this, I would have reached her house that please do this face-off. This was an opportunity and an iconic moment.” He emphasized the significance of the performance, noting, “It’s not just that it was a big thing for Vidya’s experience, but also for our experience.”

The chemistry and talent displayed by both actresses have left an indelible mark, with Aaryan further complimenting Balan’s performance, saying, “What she has done, especially, I would like to say this because Madhuri ji is Madhuri ji. But standing in front of her and dancing and performing in front of her, it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. It’s very difficult. And the way they performed, it’s unreal, unbelievable.”

The track “Ami Je Tomar 3.0,” sung by Shreya Ghoshal with lyrics by Sameer and composed by Amaal Mallik, enhances the film’s unique blend of horror and comedy. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, which also stars Triptii Dimri, continues the legacy of its predecessors, promising a thrilling and entertaining experience for audiences.

As Balan and Dixit take the stage, they not only honor the legacy of Indian dance but also inspire a new generation of performers to embrace the art with passion and dedication. The anticipation surrounding Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 continues to grow, with this spectacular dance face-off becoming a defining moment in the film.
